Pricing
Yes, if you order more than 1 Sheet it will come in one full legnth.
For example;
If you order 3 then you'll have 3ft of HTV.
Some of our vinyl also comes in a choice of legnths in feet... if you order 2.5ft or 5ft it will come in one full legnth.
If you order 10 feet, it will come 2 x 5ft if you request otherwise, 10 full feet so depending which vinyl/HTV it will come in one full legnth.
If you want more than 10ft or larger quantities please contact us directly with how much you'd like and we would consider negotiating a bulk buy price.
Returns
We have very clear descriptions on our products, including how the products should be used, how they are sold and size.

Explaining why you have ordered the wrong items.
If they are still in the same condition you recieved them and unused, we are very happy to consider accepting the order as a return .
You will need to pay for postage to return the items and once they have been recieved and checked over a refund will be issued.
Shipping
If you order over £30 on certain collections you'll recieve FREE 2nd Class Royal Mail Shipping.
If you wish to only buy A few sheets of A4 then please contact us directly so that we can arrange Large Letter shipping. This is only available directly from us.
If you need quick speedy Next day delivery please contact us directly, however due to the ongoing postal strikes we are unable to guarentee any quicker shipping.
We understand last minute customer requests can happen and we are very happy to help get your order to you quicker.

Only orders over £50 are tracked.
However we do obtain proof of postage for all our orders.
We understand how frustrating it is when you've placed a order and the anticipation of receiving it only to find its not arrived yet.
Please allow up to 10 working/business days until contacting us regarding your missing order.
Royal Mail are very clear they will not accept any queries or claims regarding sent parcels until after 10 working days.
We also ask you to double check you address when placing a order, if the address is wrong we will be unable to help you.
Before making contact regarding a non delivery please ensure you have checked places where a Postperson or courier might leave it.. or with neighbours.
As an example, a no show order was found in the customers food recycling bin and another customers daughter has accepted the parcel and put it in the cupboard without telling her.
99.9% off our parcels get delivered.
We are based in the UK, and currently only ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales.
We trade from the Bournemouth,Dorset area and welcome Collection of Website orders if your local or visiting the area.
We have just celebrated our 3 year anniversary of trading and continue to expand our craft vinyl and HTV regularly.

If your local to us ( we are based in Dorset) you have a choice at " shipping" for Collection.
Once your order is placed and ready a notification will be sent to you and we will contact you via text or email to arrange a collection time.
We are currently OnLine purchasing only however, in the summer months I attend Ashley Heath Car Boot with a Pop Up Shop.
We are very excited that so many ask us this question, and the attendance at the Pop Up Shop is great
